The workshop starts at 13:00 on Thursday, November 15th and ends at 13:30 on Saturday, November 17th.
2. Registration
The registration starts at 12:30 on Thursday 15th.
Please pick up your name card and a conference bag, which contains information and other documents.
Please pay registration fee (10,000 yen for staffs except for invited speakers/ 5,000 yen for invited speakers and students) by cash.
If you order lunch box on Friday, please pay additional 1,000 yen.
Note that we cannot accept any credit cards.
3. Workshop venue
The workshop venue is at KMI Science Symposia (ES635) on the 6th floor of the ES building, Higashiyama Campus, Nagoya University.

4. Access
An access guide to the conference venue from the airport and the train stations can be found
here.
5. Information for Speakers
We will prepare a PC for presentations, which accept PDF and PowerPoint.
In order to avoid wasting valuable time, we kindly request each speaker to upload his/her slides to the corresponding slot on the INDICO page, one day before the talk.
The INDICO modification key will be announced to speakers by an email.
Alternatively, you can also transfer your slide file using USB.
If you need any assistance, please ask one of the conference staff.
6. Network service
Nagoya University provides a wireless network system for the guests.
You can connect SSID "nuwnet".
When you start a browser, you will be asked for a Username and a Password, which are provided in your nametag.
Connection via "eduroam" is also available.
7. Group Dinner
We will have a group dinner at a restaurant nearby the campus (within walking distance).
Detailed information will be provided at the registration desk.
8. General Information
Lunch: on Friday, lunch boxes will be available for those who ordered.
Otherwise, participants are asked to take lunch by themselves.
There are cafeterias, some restaurants and cafes.
Please see the campus map in the conference bag.
No currency exchange is available on or near campus.
Therefore, we suggest you to exchange currency at the airport.
Note that credit cards are not widely used in Japan.
Although most of hotels, major stores and JR stations accept credit cards, they may not be accepted at small shops, subway stations etc.
There is an ATM machine near the Post Office (see campus map), where you can get cash using a credit card.
9. Weather
The autumn in Nagoya forgets how humid it was in the summer, and you can expect soft sunshine in autumn breeze with leaves turning into stunning red and yellow.
The temperature during the daytime reaches up to 17°C, but please get your jacket ready since it gets as cold as 6°C in the morning and evening.
